"Stevens BookShop is an independent shop started by Dick Stevens who has been in the book business for 50+ years specializing in Christian, religion and theological titles for all of that time.

The bookshop started its operations in 1954 at Wake Forest, North Carolina to fill the needs of students and clergy for used and out-of-print religion books. While going to the seminary, starting with a few books on a card table, Mr. Stevens’ vision was to support Christian college libraries.

Following this vision over the years, the store has indeed developed to one of the largest suppliers of theology books in the world, providing books and academic resources for theological seminaries, Bible schools, churches, and the general public in order to spread the Gospel throughout the world.

Besides theology books Stevens BookShop also has a wide range of other subjects in its inventory including literature, history, philosophy, psychology, biography, black studies, southern literature and much more. If you need a book you can usually find what you are looking for or at least stumble on something you can not live without.
